Terms and Conditions for Resellers

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and distribution of vouchers by our company to resellers. By purchasing and distributing our vouchers, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Definitions

"Voucher" refers to the prepaid card or code that can be exchanged for cryptocurrencies. "Reseller" refers to the entity purchasing vouchers from us for resale to customers. "Customer" refers to the end-user purchasing the voucher from the reseller.

License and Authorization

Only licensed and authorized resellers are permitted to purchase and distribute our vouchers. Resellers must possess all necessary approvals and licenses to operate within their jurisdiction.

Registration and Verification

Resellers must register and complete a verification process to ensure they are legitimate business entities. This includes providing company information and relevant documents (e.g., trade register extract, tax identification number).

Know Your Business (KYB)

As part of our compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations, resellers must undergo a Know Your Business (KYB) process, which includes:

• Providing detailed company information, including company name, registration number, and registered address.
• Submitting identification documents for company directors and beneficial owners, such as passports or national ID cards.
• Providing proof of business address, such as utility bills or bank statements.
• Submitting financial statements or other documents to demonstrate the financial health of the business.
• Agreeing to ongoing monitoring and providing updated information as required.

Compliance with Laws

Resellers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements. Any suspicious activities must be reported.

Sales and Distribution

Vouchers may only be sold to eligible end customers. Sales to minors or individuals residing in restricted countries are prohibited.

Voucher Usage

Vouchers can only be exchanged for cryptocurrencies and not for any other purposes. Restrictions may apply on the number of vouchers a single customer can purchase or redeem.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing structure for vouchers sold to resellers will be specified. Payment terms, including accepted currencies, payment methods, and deadlines, must be adhered to.

Liability and Risk

We are not liable for losses arising from misuse or fraud related to vouchers. The risk of cryptocurrency price volatility is borne by the end customer.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Resellers must comply with data protection regulations, including GDPR. Confidentiality clauses protect sensitive information.

Termination and Penalties

Conditions for terminating the business relationship, including immediate termination reasons (e.g., violation of terms, illegal activities), will be outlined. Penalties for violating terms may apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Resellers will be notified of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
